Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FuelMate mobile application (the "Service") operated by FuelMate ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
SAFETY WARNING: Do not use this mobile application while driving or operating a vehicle. Always pull over to a safe location or have a passenger operate the app. Your safety and the safety of others on the road is your sole responsibility.
FuelMate aggregates fuel pricing data provided publicly by major retailers via the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) initiative. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
The Service integrates with third-party tools, including but not limited to Google Maps (for navigation and map data) and Google AdMob (for displaying advertisements). Your use of these integrated features is subject to the respective Terms of Service of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service or the APIs powering the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, design, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FuelMate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall FuelMate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
